JEE Main Photo Resizer

The JEE Main application, run by the National Testing Agency (NTA), asks for a recent passport-size colour photo as a JPG between 10 KB and 200 KB, and a signature as a JPG between 4 KB and 30 KB.

This page is set up with those limits. The photo is sized to 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm, and the signature keeps its natural shape, since NTA sets a file size limit rather than exact dimensions for it.

Rules can change between sessions, so check the information bulletin before you apply. If a limit is different, click Change and type the new numbers.

How to resize your JEE Main photo and signature

The signature must be a JPG between 4 KB and 30 KB. Sign on white paper with a black pen, take a clear photo and upload it on the Signature tab.

Click Change above the upload box and type the size range and dimensions from your notification. The tool then makes a JPG that meets those numbers instead. Always check the latest official notification before you upload, because rules can change between years.
