Signatures on white paper are often only a few KB even at full quality, which is why forms with a minimum size reject them. The tool pads the file to the minimum automatically, without changing the picture.

If your form also sets exact dimensions in pixels, click Change and type them in. For exam-specific sizes, open the SSC, IBPS, SBI, NEET or CTET page.

How to resize your signature

    Adjust the framing

    Crop to fill the exact size and move the position slider, or add a white border to keep the whole image.

    Check that the size, dimensions and format are all ticked, then download the file and upload it to the form.

Choose the 10–20 KB tab and upload a clear photo of your signature on white paper. The tool makes a JPG between 10 and 20 KB and shows a green tick when it fits. Then download it.

A signature on white paper is often only a few KB even at the best quality. The tool first uses the highest quality, and if the file is still below the minimum it adds invisible padding data to the JPG, so the portal accepts it. The picture itself does not change.

Click Change above the upload box and type the size range and dimensions from your notification. The tool then makes a JPG that meets those numbers instead. Always check the latest official notification before you upload, because rules can change between years.
