Increase Image Size in KB

Some application forms reject a photo or signature for being too small, for example when the rule is 20–50 KB and your file is only 12 KB. This tool raises the file size to the minimum you need without making the picture blurry or stretched.

It first saves the image at the highest JPG quality. If the file is still below the minimum, it adds invisible padding data inside the JPG until it reaches the size. The picture itself does not change, and every portal reads the file normally.

Pick the minimum size your form asks for. The file also stays under a sensible maximum, so it isn't rejected for being too big. If your form sets exact dimensions, click Change and enter them.
