SBI PO & Clerk Photo Resizer

State Bank of India recruitment forms for PO, Clerk (Junior Associate) and SO posts ask for four scanned images: a photo of 200 × 230 px between 20 and 50 KB, a signature of 140 × 60 px between 10 and 20 KB, a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 px between 20 and 50 KB, and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 px between 50 and 100 KB.

Each tab on this page is set up for one of them. Upload a clear scan or phone photo, check the green ticks, and download a JPG that the form accepts. Small, plain images such as signatures are padded up to the minimum size automatically.

SBI can change these sizes in a new notification. Compare them with your advertisement before uploading, and click Change if a number is different.

How to resize your SBI photo, signature, thumb and declaration

    Pick what to upload

    Choose the tab for the SBI photo, signature, thumb and declaration you need. The required size is shown above the upload box.

    Upload your image

    Choose a photo from your phone or computer, drag it in, or paste it. JPG, PNG and WebP all work.

    Adjust the framing

    Crop to fill the exact size and move the position slider, or add a white border to keep the whole image.

    Download the JPG

    Check that the size, dimensions and format are all ticked, then download the file and upload it to the form.

Recent SBI notifications ask for a photo of 200 × 230 pixels (20–50 KB) and a signature of 140 × 60 pixels (10–20 KB), both as JPG, plus a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels (20–50 KB) and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 pixels (50–100 KB).

A signature on white paper is often only a few KB even at the best quality. The tool first uses the highest quality, and if the file is still below the minimum it adds invisible padding data to the JPG, so the portal accepts it. The picture itself does not change.

Click Change above the upload box and type the size range and dimensions from your notification. The tool then makes a JPG that meets those numbers instead. Always check the latest official notification before you upload, because rules can change between years.

No. The photo is resized and compressed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. It is never uploaded to our servers, so your photo, signature and ID documents stay private.
