About this tool
Resume Photo Resizer
Many Indian resumes and job application forms include a passport-size photo in the top corner. A full-size phone photo makes the Word or PDF file heavy and can look stretched when placed in the document.
The Passport-size tab makes a 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm photo at 300 DPI, which prints sharply, and the Square tab makes a 400 × 400 px photo for job portals and LinkedIn-style profiles. Both stay under 100 KB.
Use a recent photo with a plain, light background and formal clothes. The Background Remover can replace a busy background with white first.
