About this tool
Voter ID Photo Resizer
Applying for a new Voter ID (EPIC) on the Election Commission's voters portal or the Voter Helpline app needs a recent passport-size colour photo with a plain white background, plus proof of age and address.
The Photo tab makes a 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm photo at 200 DPI that is well under the portal's limit, and the Document tab shrinks your proof documents under 2 MB while keeping them readable.
The photo should show your full face, looking straight at the camera, without dark glasses or a cap. Upload limits can change, so check the instructions on the portal.
